Information

All items are sold on a 'first come, first served' basis. Payment must be made or sent upon confirmation of your order. Whilst we make every endeavour to ensure that our web site is updated on frequent basis, Please note that ordering though our web site is not a guarantee of sale as the item have already been otherwise sold. No payment will be debited however on any item we cannot supply

All items are sold subject to approval having a  return period of 14 days U.K and 21 days rest of the world.

All items, unless otherwise stated, are sold under the special 'Margin Scheme' of VAT for collectable items. VAT is neither added to the price or is reclaimable.

Delivery Charges

All prices quoted (including totals) on our web site DO NOT include carriage. A charge for carriage will be added to the total of your order, which will vary depending on your chosen delivery option, the overall weight of the consignment and its destination. Postage rates are, UK from £9 Special Delivery (insured) £4 Recorded (own risk over £30), Overseas from £12 UK Royal Mail International (insured & signed for)

Despatch Times

Most orders are despatched within 7 days. Any delays will be advised.

Payment

Paying for your order online though our web site is fully secure. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and most other bankers debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept Diners or American Express at this time. Your card will only be charged at the time of despatch of your order. Please note that all card transactions are made in UK £ Sterling. If overseas please note that your card provider will convert the £ sterling amount into your own currency. UK personal cheques are acceptable, clearance may be required for new customers not known to us.

There is a £12 bank charge for each incoming payment by Interbank Transfer (telegraphic), please add this amount to your payment. All payments over £1000 will be free of bank charges and will be paid by us.

Our bank account, IBAN, or SWIFT details are available on request.

Other Payment Methods

All other methods of payments including UK cheques and drafts should be payable to R. & A Alcock Ltd. Due to the cost and difficulty of US and Canadian customers obtaining Sterling drafts, we will accept dollar bank drafts or International Money Orders in US$; conversion charges of £12 and commission must be allowed for, please confirm correct full amount with us before sending payment.

Please Note: Non UK personal cheques will not be accepted under any circumstances.
