From Haslingden, Lancashire, attested 1804, a carpenter by trade.
With two copy statements of service for the 10th Light Dragoons and 11th Veterans. Served 1804-1812 and then to the 11th Veterans 1812-1814 when the Veterans were disbanded. 1851 Census states aged 73 and at The Royal Hospital Chelsea.
