Copy discharge papers , from Agles, Mayo, enlisted 1810 , a hatter by trade ‘Served four years in the Peninsula, eleven years and six months in the East Indies (ent. to additional half service). and the remainder at home. Wounded at Salamanca slightly in the back, Vittoria slightly in left leg and at Orthes serverely in the left thigh.’

Discharged in 1837 aged 47 1/2 .
